2. Monthly Partnership Subscription
Where you engage in a Monthly Partnership:

Fees are billed monthly in advance

The service operates on a month-to-month basis

No long-term contract is required unless otherwise agreed

Clients may cancel with written notice prior to the next billing cycle
Access to services continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their business

Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice if rescheduling is required

Implement agreed actions and decisions where appropriate

Maintain responsibility for all business decisions, financial commitments and operational outcomes
My Business Sorted! provides guidance and support; final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
4. Scheduling & Session Attendance
Monthly sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
If a client is unable to attend a session, reasonable notice should be provided to allow rescheduling within the same billing period where possible.
Sessions not attended without notice may be forfeited for that billing cycle.
5. Payments
All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing structure.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
Prices may be updated from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to active clients.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or authorised by you
7. Intellectual Property
All tools, templates, frameworks and materials provided by My Business Sorted! remain the intellectual property of My Business Sorted! unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use provided materials for internal business purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Business Sorted! is not liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or operational outcomes.
9. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
